1p- KICK HOPPING WITH LEO WRIGHT!

Leo Wright is currently a Group Fitness, Boot Camp and Spin Instructor with tremendous amount of experience developing diverse, compelling workouts at several elite gyms throughout New York City including NY Health & Racquet Club, Crunch and Manhattan Plaza.  Leo has recently branched out and started his own company, Fitness the Wright Way, LLC pioneering “Kick-Hopping Wright workouts.”  Kick-Hopping combines kickboxing, traditional aerobic moves, body sculpting, military style fitness (such as plyometric moves) and hip hop dance moves which work the upper and lower body and the core. No other equipment will be needed for this class.

2p-JOIN DONNA FLAGG IN LASTICS CLASS!

Donna Flagg has been dancing all of her life. She trained throughout her childhood and teenage years before going on to study at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and then graduate from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. After starting a career in business and suffering a dance-related injury, she decided to combine her knowledge, experience and love for dance into a stretching technique called Lastics®.

Lastics is a one hour stretch class created by Donna Flagg that teaches you how to articulate your body in ways that elongate muscles from end-to-end. Increase your flexibility and improve body awareness through this special mind/muscle connection.

3p- MATRIXX BOOTCAMP IN A BOX WITH CALVIN STEWART!

Calvin D. Stewart is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, former U.S. Army Sergeant, with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.  He has been personal training and instructing group exercise  classes at NYSC, Club Fitness NY, 24 Hour Fitness and Synergy Clubs throughout NYC.  Matrix Bootcamp in a Box class is a Circuit Style Body Conditioning Bootcamp Class, with high energy music. Each workout station is different, working separate muscle groups every time you change station.

4p- FULL BODY REACTION WITH RAY WALLACE “MR. RAY”!

Ray Wallace affectionately known as Mr. Ray is the Co- Owner & Chief Fitness Strategist for PEDAL NYC.   He is not only highly skilled and qualified he also has extensive experience with the launching of major New York City personal & group training programs at fitness institutions such as Equinox and NYSC.  During class you’ll find he has convinced you to push yourself harder than you ever thought you could.   In this class “Full Body Reaction”, Mr. Ray will take you on a journey through a full body workout incorporating TRX suspension, his own designed CoreRxN™ (“crunchless-abs) plyometrics & agility drills.  From planks to push-ups and high-intensity intervals, you’ll find yourself climbing to new heights of peak performance in a single class!

Mr. Ray’s class promises to leave you exhausted, exhilarated and excited for the next one!  Ohhh…and how could we forget about his music, let’s just say once upon a time he used to DJ at the hottest clubs in New York City!

World Class Champion & UFC Trainer Kru Phil Nurse and team Wat will be introducing you to the workout of your life!! Muay Thai is an ancient art  which includes an exciting mix of boxing, kicks, elbow  and knee strikes that will not only kick up your cardio endurance, build muscle and whip you into shape but also provide you with one of the most effective forms of self defense today. With over 30 years experience, Kru Phil Nurse shares his expertise with you. No prior experience required. All levels are welcome.

2P-GET READY TO SWEAT WITH DDP YOGA!

DDP Yoga is not traditional yoga, it’s a hybrid workout that incorporates some traditional yoga movements and adds dynamic resistance, active breathing techniques and power movements to make for a more challenging and results oriented workout.

The main benefits are body fat loss, lean muscle growth, and improved cardio levels all without placing undue stress on the joints. A valid comparison to yoga is they both provide increased flexibility and core strengthening.

  2. Hi Shauna , Are the classes free? or are they additional cost?
    The only reason I am asking I went to the Sweat Expo in AC and you have to pay for the classes. Does the entrance fee at the door or if you apy on line in advance includes everyrthing?
